RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

To initiate a return within 10 days of the delivery date, please email info@lesuperbecalifornia.com.

All sale items are FINAL SALE.

First-time Orders: If you use your 15% off first order code, you are still eligible to return the merchandise if you need to for any reason as long as the items were not marked FINAL SALE.

RETURNS PROCESS

To initiate a return within 10 days of the delivery date, please email info@lesuperbecalifornia.com. PLEASE ALLOW 24 HRS FOR US TO RESPOND.

RETURN POLICY

Returns may be initiated within 10 days of the delivery date. For orders placed on our ecommerce website, a prepaid shipping label will be provided after submitting a successful return request.

For returns on all US orders - There will be a $10 deduction for the prepaid shipping label from your original order amount.

Returned merchandise must be in the original condition, unwashed, unworn, with all tags intact. Upon receipt of returned goods, shoplesuperbe.com reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet policy requirements.

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of the receipt of your return. All refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Any returns received 10 days after your Return Authorization due date will be processed as store credit.

RETURNS ON FINAL SALE / DISCOUNTED ITEMS

Any merchandise discounted over 15% off is final sale. All items in the sale section are non-refundable. No exchanges or returns will be accepted for final sale merchandise. Items that qualify as final sale include any style that is marked at a sale price or discounted price. No price adjustments on past purchases. All face masks are final sale, no exceptions.
