ORDERS

ORDERING

Have a question about your order or have an issue placing an order? We’re here to help! Send a message to info@lesuperbecalifornia.com. We’re available from 9am-5pm PT, Monday-Friday, excluding national holidays.

 

PAYMENT TYPES ACCEPTED

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club cards. Orders can also be placed via PayPal Express Checkout.

 

SHIPPING 

Orders typically ship within 0-2 business days. Each order is subject to product availability. Customer Service will reach out via email in the event that any items are unavailable. Once the package has shipped, you will receive an automated email containing tracking information. 

 

Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays, and we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO addresses. Signature upon delivery is not required. Please contact UPS or Customer Service if you would like to add a required signature to your delivery. Free shipping for orders over $100 applies to domestic ground shipping only.

DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONS

You can add a discount code after you’ve started the checkout process. Enter the code at checkout and your total will reflect the new amount. Our website allows one discount code per order. If you have multiple discounts, save one for your next order or pass it along to a friend.

Sign up for our newsletter to receive email updates, which may contain promotional codes for special discounts that can be applied to your order. In order to take advantage of these discounts, you must enter the code in the specified “Discount Code” section on the “Shopping Cart” page and click “Apply”.  Note: some promotional codes require customers to be logged in for the code to be applied and may not apply to sale items. Only one promotional code may be used at a time per order. If you return an order that was placed at a discounted price, you will be refunded the amount paid. Shoplesuperbe.com will not re-issue a promotional code for a discounted order that has been returned. All promotional codes are valid during a certain time window, unless otherwise specified.

STOCK

We make every effort to maintain our inventory levels as accurately as possible. However, we may run out of stock on popular items. In the rare case that an item you order is out of stock, we will notify you via e-mail and make the necessary changes to your order total. If the item you want is sold out, please email info@lesuperbecalifornia.com  to join our waiting list, once we restock, we will notify you.

 

PRODUCT INFORMATION

We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on the site as accurately as possible. RETURNS PROCESS

To initiate a return within 14 days of the delivery date, please email info@lesuperbecalifornia.com

 

RETURN POLICY

Returns may be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date. A prepaid shipping label will be provided after submitting a successful return request. Initial shipping cost will not be refunded. Returned merchandise must be in the original condition, unwashed, unworn, with all tags intact. Upon receipt of returned goods, shoplesuperbe.com reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet policy requirements.

 

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of the receipt of your return. All refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Any returns received 10 days after your Return Authorization due date will be processed as store credit.

 

RETURNS ON FINAL SALE / DISCOUNTED ITEMS 

Any merchandise discounted at 40% or higher is final sale. All items in the sale section are non-refundable. No exchanges or returns will be accepted for final sale merchandise. Items that qualify as final sale are noted on their product page. No price adjustments on past purchases. All face masks are final sale, no exceptions.

  

EXCHANGES

We do offer exchanges. Orders can be only exchanged for a different size, we do not offer exchanges for a different color or style.  To initiate an exchange, please email info@lesuperbecalifornia.com

Free UPS ground shipping on all orders over $100.00 USD. 

 

Shoplesuperbe.com uses UPS for all deliveries within the United States. Orders placed on shoplesuperbe.com will ship within 2 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm PT, excluding major holidays.
 

REFUSED PACKAGES

We do not refund shipping charges for packages that are refused by customers. All returns must have existing RMAs, with the RMA number enclosed inside the package. Any returns received at the warehouse without corresponding RMA numbers are subject to potential delays/refusal.
