We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club cards. Orders can also be placed via PayPal Express Checkout.



Orders typically ship within 0-2 business days. Each order is subject to product availability. Customer Service will reach out via email in the event that any items are unavailable. Once the package has shipped, you will receive an automated email containing tracking information. 
Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays, and we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO addresses. Signature upon delivery is not required. Please contact UPS or Customer Service if you would like to add a required signature to your delivery.
We offer free ground shipping on domestic (United States) orders over $100 that include full priced merchandise. We are not able to offer free shipping on orders that include sale styles only.



We now offer expedited shipping - two day, three day and overnight - at carrier-calculated rates. You will see this option, and related pricing at checkout.

When placing an order for expedited shipping, please note that the order will be shipped on the same day only if placed before 12 Noon Pacific Time. If you place your order and select an expedited shipping service after 12 Noon Pacific Time, your order will ship the next day.

You can add a discount code after you’ve started the checkout process. Enter the code at checkout and your total will reflect the new amount. Our website allows one discount code per order. If you have multiple discounts, save one for your next order or pass it along to a friend.

Sign up for our newsletter to receive email updates, which may contain promotional codes for special discounts that can be applied to your order. In order to take advantage of these discounts, you must enter the code in the specified “Discount Code” section on the “Shopping Cart” page and click “Apply”.  

*Some promotional codes require customers to be logged in for the code to be applied.

*We do not offer any further discounts on sale styles. Note that promotional codes will not apply to sale styles in your cart.

*Only one promotional code may be used at a time per order.

If you return an order that was placed at a discounted price, you will be refunded the amount paid. will not re-issue a promotional code for a discounted order that has been returned. All promotional codes are valid during a certain time window, unless otherwise specified. 


We make every effort to maintain our inventory levels as accurately as possible. However, we may run out of stock on popular items. In the rare case that an item you order is out of stock, we will notify you via e-mail and make the necessary changes to your order total. If the item you want is sold out, please email  to join our waiting list, once we restock, we will notify you.



We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on the site as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate. Please reach out to us at if you have any questions!

Returns may be initiated within 10 days of the delivery date. For orders placed on our ecommerce website, a prepaid shipping label will be provided after submitting a successful return request.
For returns on all US orders - There will be a $10 deduction for the prepaid shipping label from your original order amount.
For returns on all International orders - There will be a $40 deduction for the prepaid shipping label from your original order amount.
For orders placed via Meta (Facebook and Instagram checkout) you must purchase your own return shipping label, confirm your selected service and share a tracking number with
Returned merchandise must be in the original condition, unwashed, unworn, with all tags intact. Upon receipt of returned goods, reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet policy requirements.

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of the receipt of your return. All refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Any returns received 10 days after your Return Authorization due date will be processed as store credit.



Any merchandise discounted at 15% off or higher is final sale. All items in the sale section are non-refundable. No exchanges or returns will be accepted for final sale merchandise. Items that qualify as final sale are noted on their product page. No price adjustments on past purchases. All face masks are final sale, no exceptions.

Free UPS ground shipping on all orders over $100.00 USD. uses UPS for all deliveries within the United States. Orders placed on will ship within 2 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm PT, excluding major holidays.


We do not refund shipping charges for packages that are refused by customers. All returns must have existing RMAs, with the RMA number enclosed inside the package. Any returns received at the warehouse without corresponding RMA numbers are subject to potential delays/refusal.
